2. What we gather
Details you send via the form. Filling out our contact form shares the details you type: your name, email, company, website address, media spend bracket, the service you want, and your note. These travel through your own mail app (mailto link) and never land on our servers.
Working relationship records. Once you sign on as a client, we gather the business details our work requires: company registration data, who ultimately owns it, banking details, ad account logins, invoice records, and payment details.
Site measurement. We run no cookies, no tracking pixels, and no outside analytics on this site. None of your browsing activity is logged. The sole external asset we pull in is Google Fonts.
3. Why we use it
The data we hold lets us: reply to your messages, weigh up possible projects, carry out the work we agreed (running ad accounts, clearing invoices, facilitation), handle InvoiceCashback disbursements, build performance summaries, and meet legal duties such as KYC/KYB checks.
4. Who else sees it
Your personal data is never sold, leased, or bartered. We may pass it to: the payment firms and banks that handle InvoiceCashback settlements, the ad networks (Meta, TikTok) we need access to for managing your accounts, and authorities where the law compels us. Every outside partner is held to contractual data protection terms.
5. How long we keep it
Form messages: held while our working relationship lasts, or until you ask us to erase them. Client records: kept for the project plus 5 years to satisfy financial bookkeeping. InvoiceCashback transaction logs: held for 7 years to meet US financial reporting rules.
6. What you can ask for
Subject to where you live, you may be entitled to: view your personal data, ask us to fix it, ask us to erase it (where retention law allows), object to how we process it, and request a portable copy. Email contact@scalexbyecom.com. Expect a reply inside 30 days.
7. Keeping it safe
We apply sensible technical and organizational safeguards to guard your data. Client financial records and InvoiceCashback logs sit in separated systems with restricted access.
8. Data crossing borders
SCALEXBYECOM LLC operates as a US company. Should you reside beyond the United States, be aware your data is sent to and handled within the United States.
